Can we help with your bellows and flexible joints?? We provide bellows expansion joints & flexible assemblies in METAL, RUBBER, FABRIC & PTFE for industrial & marine applications
Hi everyone, CREON UK Limited just wanted to show you a couple of the more recent projects we've carried out, we'd love to assist you with any of the products and services that we provide, so why not give us a call or send us an email...
No, this isn't an exhibition of edwardian neck dress attire for the middle classes!!! These are fabric expansion joints for a biomass power station client...

Here are a range of 150mm diameter fabric expansion joints with integral flanged ends that we recently supplied to a Biomass fuel power station client. These joints were supplied 'open' and complete with joining kits with all the tools and equipment required for the client to retro-fit at their leisure and with the minimum disruption to plant operations.

These 'multiply' joints have several layers of material, and although fabric joints are best suited to relatively low pressure applications, they are often found in high temperature and corrosive environments. These joints have been designed for installation in a system conveying hot air at around 150 Deg C at a pressure of 600 Pascals (0.006Barg).

From this...

This is one of a pair of 65mm NB exhaust bellows that had seen better days that we were recently asked to manufacture brand new replacements for on a 3-day lead time. Oh, and we provided them with new high-temp gaskets and stainless steel fixings too, all specified to be suitable for the 550 Degrees C operating temperature...

To this...

Given the very limited time available, we refurbished these bellows by replacing the bellows, innere sleeve and swivel facings with all stainless steel parts while re-using the flanges once we'd tested them for flatness, another satisfied customer!!!

And another one...

This is an 80mm NB axial expansion joint we recently supplied on a 3-day lead time!! This unit was a replacement for a failed bellows connecting an engine cooling water circuit to a plate heat exchanger. The original item had 'squirmed' during operation due to a failure of the system anchors, so we were asked to manufacture a replacement as quickly as possible so our client could have the engine up and running as a matter of urgency...
